The MarketLV at Tivoli Village (420 S. Rampart) is quickly becoming one of my favorite places to shop in Las Vegas. And this is saying a lot, because I live FAR from from it. But, it’s totally worth the drive when I get such an intimate and pleasant shopping experience out of it, as well as some great deals. In fact, I heart The MarketLV so much that I wrote about it for LATimes.com.
On my latest excursion to this fun-filled market, I acquired a sweet ring set and a covet-worthy vintage Coach crossbody bag. Let’s talk about the rings first.
I’ve always been a one-big-statement-ring kind of girl. I have three that are my go-tos, but lately, I have become smitten with delicate rings, midi rings and armour rings. And I am especially seduced by the concept of wearing them all together on one hand. While I was at The MarketLV, I aimed my shopping lasers at MarkieChar Jewelry knowing I’d find what I needed to create such a look. And, boy, did I!
For just a little over $100, I picked up a rose-gold armour ring, a delicate crystal encrusted band, and a darling ‘love’ midi-ring, purchased individually. I am enchanted with my choices! I always wear the three together, and yes, I do mix metals. So while I’m wearing these rings, I will still wear silver jewelry if I desire. I’m not yet ready to retire my oversize, statement rings, but I am wearing my new ring set more and more often.
Now, let’s talk vintage. Funky fashion retailer Annie Creamcheese has set up a new home at The MarketLV. You’ll find new mixed with the old, but it’s the boutique’s vintage pieces that will make you swoon. I’ve been wanting a crossbody bag for a while now, and since I missed out on the 3.1 Phillip Lim for Target one that I originally desired, I decided to shop for a vintage bag. Annie Creamcheese actually had quite a few Coach options. After trying on a few, I knew that this navy slim crossbody priced at only $34 was the best one for me. Coach just doesn’t make bags like this anymore, making it all that much more special.
