There are several times when you may wish to grow your hair fast. For example, you’ve just had a cut and it’s not really want you wanted. It doesn’t matter how apologetic the hairdresser is, the faster your hair grows the better.
Equally, if you’re desperate for a different style, you may want your hair to grow fast.
The good news is there are a variety of things you can do to help your hair grow faster and stronger.
Choose Your Weapon

Your hair needs to be nurtured. When it is well looked after it will have the right conditions to grow strong, this will increase the speed at which it grows. The key is to look for hair care products that are full of beneficial nutrients, protective of hair, and don’t use harsh chemicals.
This will help to create the right environment for growth.
You should focus on shampooing every other day; use a dry shampoo between washes. This will help to lock the moisture into your hair, making it stronger and better prepared for growth.
It’s also a good idea to use a conditioner daily, this will help to maintain strength in your hair.
Protein

You should also note that hair is primarily made up of protein. It’s generally referred to as Kerastase. When your hair is rich in Kerastase it will grow stronger and faster, it will also be better protected against dry hair and associated damage.
To ensure your hair has all the protein it needs, you need to make sure you’re eating enough protein. That means ditching the processed foods and choosing healthier options when cooking.
Caffeine Treatments

Caffeine is known to stimulate blood flow to your head. This means there will be more protein and nutrients available for your hair to use. In addition, increased blood flow inhibits DHT, which’s the hormone responsible for you losing hair.
It’s important to use a caffeine hair product, drinking an extra cup of coffee is not going to have the same effect.
Trim It!

You may be surprised by this. However, research suggests that trimming will keep your hair tidy as it grows. It will also eliminate split ends which can cause further hair damage and prevent it from growing.
In addition, the hair responds to being trimmed by growing, making it a worthwhile step in your hair growth journey.
Limit Heat

The key to getting your hair to grow and look fantastic is in caring for it properly. Alongside the best products, you need to start reducing its exposure to heat.
Heat dries and damages your hair follicles, lowering the protection and making it harder for your hair to stay healthy.
After you wash your hair rinse it in cool water. You can also turn down the settings on the heat tools and even let your hair air dry some days
There is no magic formula to make your hair grow rapidly overnight. But, if you look after it you’ll find it grows surprisingly fast and stays strong.
