I write about trends a lot on this blog. I can’t help it. I love fashion trends. But I always want you to remember, that you shouldn’t spend a lot of money on trends. They come and go so quickly that it’s not worth the investment.
The same advice can be applied to fashion jewelry. One minute you’ll be wearing an oversize butterfly ring, but the next you’ll be into pyramid studded bracelets. So if you find your tastes and interests changing as quickly as the trends do, save your trendy jewelry shopping for places like Charlotte Russe and Forever 21. And save some money as a result.
Whatever you do, always leave room in your jewelry box for classic jewelry pieces, such as simple pearls, a sleek gemstone ring and chic sterling silver earrings. Classic jewelry never goes out of style and can be worn with your casual jeans and T-shirt outfits, in an office environment or to special occasion events.
You may never really get tired of your Pink Head Hello Kitty ring, but you can’t wear it to your best friend’s wedding. Your classic jewelry pieces are what you’ll keep and use forever.
I do agree with all the ideas you have presented in your post. They are very convincing and will definitely work. Thanks for the post.
Blogging like you do is such an art and you obviously have that skill here – I don’t but I did find this that made me smile so maybe I can return the favour by making you smile too?
The early bird may get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese. 🙂
You know, one style that hasn’t gone away in decades is the classic diamond tennis bracelet. Women have been flaunting it since the roaring ’20s and still wear it today for a sophisticated look. I think that’s something that’s worth spending a bit more money on! 🙂
