Once-revered lingerie brand, Victoria’s Secret, has really come under fire. So much so that recently, five-year-old, size-inclusive brand, ThirdLove, published a scathing open letter addressed to Victoria’s Secret via an advertisement in the New York Times calling out the brand for its lack of diversity and inclusion. Body positivity is being embraced by today’s consumer market. And brands had better get on board or lose out on a demographic that includes women of all shapes, sizes, ages, and colors. If you feel that Victoria’s Secret messaging doesn’t address you and your needs, know that there are other alternatives out there, such as Sculptresse, Panache, Cleo and Panache Sport.
